2. Service Description

C3RRO provides building energy analysis software and related services including:

• C3RRO Plus - Advanced 3D building energy analysis software
• C3RRO Passive - Passive House certification tool
• C3RRO API - Integration API for developers
• Professional services including training, consulting, and technical support

3. License and Access

3.1 Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, C3RRO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for your internal business purposes.

3.2 License Restrictions

You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the services for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the services without written permission

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for activities under your account

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Subscription Fees

Access to certain services requires payment of subscription fees as specified on our pricing page. Fees are:

• Billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Non-refundable except as required by law
• Subject to change with 30 days' notice

5.2 Trial Period

We may offer a 14-day trial period for new customers. Credit card information is required. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.
