key features
add "placeholder" for optional input forms. The first usage is to Auto-fill median energy use/rating for internal load (appliances) according to Phius guidelines. Whenever there is no user defined input, the optional used value is shown in light grey in the input box.

main improvements
additional data added to climate database (country, heating degree days, cooling degree days)
delete unused shared objects (materials, assemblies), revised check if not assigned anywhere
